The Charity Shop
QUALITY counts first and foremost at your Age UK Croydon shop.
The first thing to hit you when you walk in will be how bright, clean and well stocked the shop is. Our variety of quality new products includes jewellery, clothing and calendars. Our quality second hand goods include CDs, DVDs, books, and clothing to suit any member of the family. We even have a Changing Room.
As coincidence would have it – we need the same type of quality goods that we sell. Please donate us your quality clothes, CDs, DVDs, books, linen and smaller items. Please make all deliveries by your own means as unfortunately, we cannot collect.
Two full-time staff and eleven volunteers run a highly professional and successful shop. They work to “give something back to the community”.
The funds raised go to both Age UK – the national body – and to Age UK Croydon to continue and develop our work with and for Older People. We are very grateful to all those who have contributed to make our shop such a success over the last 10 years.
